Feeling stressed about the holidays?

On December 17th, True Potential will be hosting its 3rd annual fundraiser for the Saskatoon Food Bank and Learning Centre.  For a donation of $50 you will receive a relaxing 45 to 60 minute Bowen Therapy session.  Bowen Therapy is a gentle muscle manipulation technique that works with the parasympathetic nervous system to help relax your muscles and realign your body.  It is suitable for people of any age and is a great compliment to other therapies such as Chiropractic, Massage, Physiotherapy and Acupuncture.  Call today to book your session!

The Saskatoon Food Bank and Learning Centre

In 2016, The Saskatoon Food Bank and Learning Centre provided food to over 200,000 people including seniors and children.  The Food Bank relies on donations and fundraising to continue their important work. They provide access to nutritious food, clothing, household items, as well as learning programs for those most in need.  Through its programs and services, the Saskatoon Food Bank is working towards eliminating poverty and supporting the growth of a healthy community.
