No More Colds this Winter – Just Eat this….!

 

 

 

 

 

 

Getting a “cold” is definitely not the worst thing ever. In fact, it can be considered a good stimulus to our immune system. However, it definitely makes life a little more challenging – especially if kids need to stay home from school!

Try our immune boosting soup recipe – you can get the recipe on our blog or download it below. At the first sign of a cold with myself or my kids, I thaw some out of the freezer and serve it with each meal.
